The privacy rights about accessing information on a private citizen’s cell phone has always been a topic I have been interested in and in some cases, have challenged in Court.  Below is a recent article that addresses these issues.

It has been my long standing belief that anyone who has value to their name and/or services should be compensated for same.  The amateur athletic world has changed in that with some sports it closely resemble all of the capitalist nature of its professional sports counterpart, except that the talent receives no money.  It is only a matter of time until that changes.  This article discusses what strides are being taken in that regard.  Read it and then send me an email with your comments.  Should the system be changed?
